Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Parboiled Rice
  • 1/2 cup - Horse gram
  • 1/2 cup - Toor Dal
  • 1/4 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1/2 cup - Channa dal
  • 1/4 cup - Moong dal
  • 4 - Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • 5 - Dry Red Chillies
  • Salt
  • How to Make Horse gram and Mixed Dals Dosa:

    1. Soak the rice and dals together for 4 hours, along with dry red chillies and fennel seeds.
    2. Grind the soaked ingredients with crushed garlic cloves and salt, water into a (bit) coarse batter.
    3. Keep the batter in room temperature.
    4. Make dosas in a non-stick pan or in a hot tawa, drizzled with oil, cooked on both sides, until it turns crispy.
