  • 6 boiled potatoes
  • 1.5 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • ¾ tsp - amchoor powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Hot Aloo Chaat

  • Chop the boiled potatoes into medium sized pieces.
  • Heat a tawa. Put oil in it. Add in the potatoes.
  • When the potato is coated with oil, then add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and amchoor powder.
  • When the potato pieces are coated with oil and slightly burnt on the sides, then add chaat masala and garam masala.
  • Keep stirring till the potato pieces are totally coated with the spices.
  • Keep off the fire and sprinkle lemon juice on top.
  • Serve hot garnished with lots of coriander leaves.
