  • 6 boiled Potatoes
  • 1.5 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • ¾ tsp - Amchoor powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Hot Aloo Chaat:

    1. Chop the boiled potatoes into medium sized pieces.
    2. Heat a tawa. Put oil in it. Add in the potatoes.
    3. When the potato is coated with oil, then add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and amchoor powder.
    4. When the potato pieces are coated with oil and slightly burnt on the sides, then add chaat masala and garam masala.
    5. Keep stirring till the potato pieces are totally coated with the spices.
    6. Keep off the fire and sprinkle lemon juice on top.
    7. Serve hot garnished with lots of coriander leaves.
