Ingredients

  • 1 can - vegetable broth + 1 cup water
  • 2 cups - fresh vegetables (cabbage, green onion/ onion, cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, green chilli )
  • Spices (to taste) - black pepper, salt
  • A dash of ketchups - soya, tomato, green chilli (optional)
  • Vinegar (optional)
  • 2 tsps - corn starch
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Hot and Sour Soup

  • Wash all the vegetables and grate them.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan, add the grated vegetables and stir for half a minute.
  • Add the vegetable broth.
  • Mix corn flour in 1 cup water and add to the pan.
  • Now add salt, black pepper, vinegar and the ketchup in the pan.
  • Boil well and serve hot.
