  • 5 - hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup - of besan/gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp - of ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander paste
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • Use rice powder rice or rice atta
  • 1 tsp - of crisper patties
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

How to Make Hot and spicy egg patties

  • Slice boiled eggs and keep aside.
  • In a bowl, add besan, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and coriander paste.
  • Mix 1/2 cup of water to make it a smooth, thick batter.
  • Leave for 2 min and add 1 tsp of rice powder.
  • Heat oil in a pan, dip each egg slice into the batter and put it delicately into the oil and repeat the same for others.
  • Fry till it turns crisp and serve hot with tomato sauce
