Ingredients

  • 1 kg - boneless Mutton or Beef from the round portion cut into steaks
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 medium-sized onions, sliced
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 2 cups - water
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • How to Make Hot And Spicy Masala Steak:

    1. Heat the oil in a large, wide pan.
    2. Add the onions and saute for a few minutes.
    3. Add the meat and stir-fry for 10 minutes until the pieces turn brown.
    4. Reduce heat to medium and add all the other ingredients except the potatoes.
    5. Mix well.
    6. Add the potatoes and salt to taste.
    7. Stir and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked.
    8. Serve with bread or rice.
