  • 4 cups - water
  • 2 cups - Rice
  • 2 - Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
  • 2 - maggie Chicken flavoured cubes
  • 3 - Egg
  • 4 - baby Carrots sliced (optional)
  • 4 - green beans sliced into small pieces
  • 4 tbsp - Green peas
  • 1/4 cup - Canola Oil
  • Do not add salt, as there is enough salt in Chicken stock cubes
  • How to Make Hot and spicy Vegetable Fried Rice:

    1. Cook rice till done.
    2. Heat oil in a deep kadai.
    3. Add garlic, saute for a while.
    4. Add chopped carrots, green beans, green peas and saute until cooked.
    5. Then add chicken stock cubes and fry for about 3 mins.
    6. Add the beaten eggs slowly into the kadai, stirring continuously.
    7. When the egg dries, add the cooked rice and mix well.
    8. Serve.
