  • 1 kg - beef, cut into cubes
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 small piece Cinnamon
  • 3 onions, sliced finely
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsps Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Hot Beef Fry:

    1. Boil the meat with a little salt and a pinch of turmeric in sufficient water till tender.
    2. Strain the stock and keep aside.
    3. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, cinnamon and green chillies till slightly brown.
    4. Add the ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and vinegar and fry for a few minutes.
    5. Add the meat and mix well.
    6. Add the remaining stock and keep frying till almost dry.
