Ingredients

  • 1 kg - beef, cut into cubes
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 small piece cinnamon
  • 3 onions, sliced finely
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsps vinegar
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Hot Beef Fry

  • Boil the meat with a little salt and a pinch of turmeric in sufficient water till tender.
  • Strain the stock and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, cinnamon and green chillies till slightly brown.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and vinegar and fry for a few minutes.
  • Add the meat and mix well.
  • Add the remaining stock and keep frying till almost dry.
