How to Make Hot Chicken With Red Chillies

  • In the dish, mix oil, chopped garlic and dried red chillies .
  • Microwave on high uncovered, for 2 minutes.
  • Add chicken, garlic paste and all the ingredients except salt and cornflour and mix well.
  • Microwave on high, covered for 6 minutes .
  • Add salt, ajinomoto (optional) and cornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp water and mix well .
  • Microwave on high, uncovered for 2 minutes .
  • Let it stand for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
