Ingredients

  • 9 tbsp - hot chocolate powder
  • 4 tbsp - self raising flour
  • 1 - Egg
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 3 tbsp - water
  • A pinch - salt.
  • How to Make Hot-Cocoa Chocolate Cake-In-A-Mug:

    1. Grease a strong thick, large mug of 500 ml capacity.
    2. Add the dry ingredients and stir.
    3. Crack in the egg and stir with a metal whisk.
    4. Then mix in oil and water.
    5. With a spoon, scrape the edges and fold the batter well.
    6. Bake on medium power for 3 mins in a microwave and when it rises, remove with an oven-mitt and slide out the cake.
    7. Leave to cool.
    8. Serve.
