  • 2.5 cups - milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 tbsp - cocoa

How to Make Hot Cocoa Pudding

  • Use a little milk to make cocoa into a paste.
  • Add cocoa mixture to the boiled milk.
  • Make a paste with the corn flour and pour into a pudding dish.
  • Pour hot cocoa mixture and stir until it thickens.
  • Separate the egg yolk and beat yolk with sugar.
  • Add to the thickened mixture, blending it well.
  • Whip the egg white until stiff and gently fold into the mixture.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done.
