How to Make Hot Cuppa of Chai

  • Put all the ingredients except sugar and milk in water.
  • Bring water to boil.
  • Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Add milk and sugar.
  • Bring it to boil again.
  • Let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove from flame.
  • Strain into cup while piping hot.
