  • 500 g - Fish, cleaned and cut into medium pieces
  • Pearl Onions - 5- 8
  • Tomatoes - 2 -3
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 4 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • How to Make Hot Fish Curry:

    1. First take the coriander and red chilli powder and roast it in a pan till it is red in colour without burning it.
    2. Take two tsp of oil in a pan and add the finely chopped pearl onions to it.
    3. When the onions turn light brown in colour, add the ginger paste and chopped tomatoes to it.
    4. Cook till the tomatoes get smashed.
    5. Now add the fish and the roasted masala, fenugreek powder, curry leaves and salt to it.
    6. Mix it well.
    7. Add 2.5 cups of water to it.
    8. Lower the flame after it starts boiling and cook till the fish is done and gravy becomes thick.
    9. Serve it with hot rice.
