Ingredients

  • 4 - medium-sized Brinjals
  • 5 tsp - Tomato pickle
  • 2 tsp - gram flour for coating

How to Make Hot n Sizzling Stuffed Brinjal

  • Chop brinjal and put it in an airtight container.
  • Pour tomato pickle over it and it with sprinkle gram flour to coat the brinjals.
  • Pressure cook it till it blows 3 whistles.
  • Remove once cooled and serve with curd.
