  • 2 cups - Field bean/Mochai (Fresh)
  • 1 - Onion
  • 5 - Red Chillies or add as per your taste
  • Mustard Small quantity
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.5 tsp - Lemon Juice
  • Curry Leaf Small quantity
  • How to Make Hot 'N' Sour Mochai (Field Bean):

    1. Grind onion, red chillies and salt together. Keep aside.
    2. Cook field bean in boiling water for 5 minutes and keep aside.
    3. In a pan, add oil and then splutter mustard.
    4. Then add the contents from the mixer and curry leaf.
    5. Medium the flame and then add the cooked bean. Mix well.
    6. Cover the pan with a lid and do occasional stirring.
    7. Keep it as such for about 15 minutes. Now, add lemon juice and mix well.
    8. Garnish with coriander and Serve hot.
