Ingredients

  • 500 gms - Pork
  • 1 - Potato
  • 10-12 - mustard green leaves
  • 2 - Tomato
  • 2 - Onions
  • 10 pods - Garlic
  • 1 - Bhut Jolokia
  • 10 - dry Red Chillies
  • 3 tbsp - Jeera powder
  • 3 tbsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • How to Make Hot n' Spicy Pork with Lai Xaak:

    1. Make a thick paste of one tomato, onion, garlic, Bhut Jolokia and dry chillies.
    2. Heat oil.
    3. Add pork and second tomato (chopped), fry for a minute.
    4. Cut and add the mustard green leaves.
    5. Add turmeric powder and salt, mix.
    6. Add the paste and mix.
    7. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
    8. Add water, cover.
    9. When the water starts to boil, add jeera and garam masala powder, mix well.
    10. Cover and cook on low flame until done.
