Ingredients

  • 500 gms - paneer (cut into cubes)
  • 100 gms - boiled green peas
  • 50 gms -boiled French beans
  • 50 gms - boiled carrot
  • Oil for frying
  • 9 tomatoes (gravy)
  • 4 onions (gravy)
  • 5 flakes garlic
  • 5 green chillies
  • 1/2" piece ginger
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • 1 tsp - saunf
  • 1 cup - curd
  • 2 cup - water
  • 3 tbsp - butter
  • 1/2 tsp - corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar
  • 1.5 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1.5 tsp - red chillies powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Hot Paneer Butter Masala

  • Scoop out some paneer from the centre of each cube. Mash all the boiled vegetables and mix them with salt, chopped chillies, saunf.
  • Stuff this in paneer cubes. Add water to corn flour and pour this over the paneer cubes and deep fry.
  • Heat oil in a vessel.
  • Grind ginger, garlic, chillies and jeera.
  • Saute onion gravy and the grind ingredients till golden brown.
  • Add the tomato gravy and cook for some time.
  • Add coriander powder, red chillies powder, turmeric powder and saute till oil separates.
  • Add curd, water, salt, sugar and garam masala.
  • Pour hot gravy over the cubes.
  • Garnish with pudina leaves.
  • Serve hot.
