Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - Paneer
  • 1 cup - Besan flour
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • For Garnishing:
  • 1 tsp - Oil
  • 2 tsp - Jeera seeds
  • A bunch - Mint leaves
  • Red Chillies - According to your taste
  • 1-2 - Green Pepper
  • 1 tsp - Chat masala
  • How to Make Hot Paneer Pakoras:

    1. Cut paneer into inch-long pieces.
    2. Mix besan, salt, pepper, corn flour in a mixing bowl with water to form a thick, sticky paste.
    3. Immerse paneer into the flour.
    4. Drop bite-sized pakoras into hot oil.
    5. Deep fry on medium till golden brown.
    6. For garnishing: Chop the green chillies into small pieces finely.
    7. Heat oil in frying pan.
    8. Add jeera seeds, chillies.
    9. Sprinkle chaat masala powder and add salt, pepper.
    10. Finally add mint leaves to the ingredients.
    11. Mix with paneer pakoras in the pan.
    12. Garnish the pakoras and serve hot with tomato sauce.
