Ingredients

  • Chicken- 1 pound.
  • Onions -1 medium sized.
  • Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tbsp.
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Lime Juice- 1 tbsp.
  • Salt.
  • oil -3 tsp.
  • How to Make Hot pepper Chicken:

    1. Clean, wash and cut the chicken into medium pieces.
    2. Marinate chicken in salt, ginger garlic paste, and pepper powder for 1 hour.
    3. Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onions till golden brown.
    4. Now add chicken and cover the pan with a lid.
    5. Cook for 25-30 mins on medium-low flame. Stir every 10 mins.
    6. Then add lime juice. Fry for 2 seconds on high flame.
    7. Remove it and serve hot with rotis or rice.
