How to Make Hot Spinach soup

  • Pick spinach leaves and wash them thoroughly.
  • Chop the onion, tomato and green chillies. Pressure cook all the ingredients for 8-10 mins.
  • Open the pressure cooker when cooled down. Blend the mixture with a hand blender.
  • Add more water as per your taste and boil for another 5 mins.
  • Serve it hot with a wedge of lime or some cream.
