  • 1 - small brinjal
  • 1/2 cup - chopped onion
  • 1 tsp - groundnuts
  • 1 stick - cinnamon
  • 1 - red chilli
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • 1 tsp - dry coconut powder
  • salt to taste
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp - black or white sesame

How to Make Hot Stuffed Brinjal

  • Fry all the masala ingredients in oil.
  • Add salt and finely chopped onions to the mix.
  • Stuff the brinjal with this masala and fry in oil.
