Ingredients

  • 1 - small Brinjal
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp - groundnuts
  • 1 stick - Cinnamon
  • 1 - Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 tsp - dry Coconut powder
  • salt to taste
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp - black or white sesame
  • How to Make Hot Stuffed Brinjal:

    1. Fry all the masala ingredients in oil.
    2. Add salt and finely chopped onions to the mix.
    3. Stuff the brinjal with this masala and fry in oil.
