Ingredients

  • 2 cups - sprouts (moong, channa, rongi)
  • 1 cup - chopped Palak
  • 1/2 cup - grated Paneer
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • Sesame for seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • How to Make Hum - Tum:

    1. Grind sprouts and chopped palak without adding water.
    2. Shift to a bowl.
    3. Add grated paneer and coconut with some salt.
    4. Heat a non-stick pan.
    5. Add a little oil and spread two tbsps of the batter.
    6. Sprinkle some sesame.
    7. Cook on both sides and serve with green chutney or a pickle of your choice.
