Ingredients

  • Yoghurt – 100 ml
  • How to Make Hung Yoghurt:

    1. Line a colander or strainer with 2 layers of cheese cloth. Pour in the Yoghurt and leave it aside for about 3 – 4 hours.
    2. In colder climates it is all right to prepare hung yoghurt outside; but in hotter regions like Middle-East and Indian sub-continent it is ideal to prepare this in a fridge as Yoghurt will soon turn sour.
