  • 50g - wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - cardamom powder
  • 1/2 glass - milk
  • 225g - ghee to fry
  • 50g - dry fruits
  • 500g - sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tbsp - orange food color

  • Make a syrup of the sugar.
  • Make small balls of the dough.
  • Fry them in ghee and transfer into sugar syrup.
