Ingredients

500g - khova

50g - Wheat flour

2 tbsp - Cardamom powder

1/2 glass - Milk

225g - Ghee to fry

50g - dry fruits

500g - Sugar

1/2 tbsp - baking soda

1/2 tbsp - Orange food color

Method

  1. Make a soft dough of all the ingredients except sugar.
  2. Make a syrup of the sugar.
  3. Make small balls of the dough.
  4. Fry them in ghee and transfer into sugar syrup.
