Ingredients

  • 500g - khova
  • 50g - Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 glass - Milk
  • 225g - Ghee to fry
  • 50g - dry fruits
  • 500g - Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tbsp - Orange food color
  • How to Make Hyderabadi gulab jamun:

    1. Make a soft dough of all the ingredients except sugar.
    2. Make a syrup of the sugar.
    3. Make small balls of the dough.
    4. Fry them in ghee and transfer into sugar syrup.
