It is great recipe to be served as party starter. Apples are prepared by stewing them with some sugar and cinnamon powder. Next, canapes and ice cream is served with the stewed apple sauce.


  • 300 ml - Vanilla ice Cream
  • 4-5 - Canapes
  • 1 - Apple, cut into slices
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 100 ml - Water
  • How to Make Ice Cream Canapes with Stewed Apples:

    1. To stew the apples:
    2. Heat 100 ml of water and add the sugar and the cinnamon powder.
    3. Heat and stir till the sugar melts.
    4. Place the apple circles and bring to boil.
    5. Lower the flame and continue to stir and cook on low flame so that the apples are stewed in sugar syrup.
    6. Remove from the sugar syrup and keep aside.
    7. To arrange - Place the canapes, add the vanilla ice cream and top it with the stewed apples.
