Ingredients

  • 300 ml - Vanilla ice Cream
  • 4-5 - Canapes
  • 1 - Apple, cut into slices
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 100 ml - Water

How to Make Ice Cream Canapes with Stewed Apples

  • To stew the apples:
  • Heat 100 ml of water and add the sugar and the cinnamon powder.
  • Heat and stir till the sugar melts.
  • Place the apple circles and bring to boil.
  • Lower the flame and continue to stir and cook on low flame so that the apples are stewed in sugar syrup.
  • Remove from the sugar syrup and keep aside.
  • To arrange - Place the canapes, add the vanilla ice cream and top it with the stewed apples.
