  • For the Salad:
  • 1 cup - finely sliced Pineapple
  • 1 cup - finely sliced Apple
  • 1 cup - finely sliced Banana
  • 1 cup - finely sliced ripe Mango
  • 1 cup - tutti fruity
  • 1 cup - Orange
  • For the Dressing:
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped roasted cashews
  • 1 tsp - grated Almonds
  • 1 tsp - Raisins
  • 2 scoops - vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 tbsp - milkmaid
  • 1 tsp - cocoa powder

How to Make Ice-cream Fruit Salad

  • Arrange the fruits in a wide-mouthed bowl.
  • Add the vanilla ice-cream and spread it on top of the fruits.
  • Pour the milkmaid over it and sprinkle the cocoa powder.
  • Garnish with cashews, raisins and almonds.
