How to Make Iced coconut milk with sago

  • Make a syrup of brown sugar with one cup water. Cool and keep it in the refrigerator to chill. Boil the sago in two cups of water till transparent.
  • Cool and chill.
  • While serving put the sago in serving bowls, put a couple of ice cubes, add a little brown sugar syrup.
  • Fill up the bowl with coconut milk and serve immediately.
