Ingredients

  • 1 cup - water
  • 1 tsp - tea leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - orange pekoe tea leaves
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 1 cardamom - crushed
  • 1 round slice - lemon with peel

How to Make Iced tea

  • Bring water to boil. Add tea leaves, sugar and cardamom.
  • Cover and let it stand for 5-7 minutes. Stir well.
  • Strain liquid and let it cool.
  • Add 4-5 cubes of ice in glass.
  • Beat cooled decoction with electric beater.
  • Pour over ice and add lemon slice.
  • Serve chilled.
