  • 50 g - red chilli
  • 50 g - Bengal gram dal
  • 50 g - urad dal
  • 2 tsp - sesame, black
  • salt to taste
  • a little - asafetida
  • 20 - curry leaves

How to Make Idli Chilli Powder

  • Take some oil in a kadai, fry red chilly, Bengal gram dal and urad dal one by one.
  • Clean and dry roast it.
  • Wash curry leaves and microwave to dry.
  • Add salt and grind all the things in mixer.
