Ingredients

  • 50 g - Red Chilli
  • 50 g - Bengal Gram dal
  • 50 g - Urad Dal
  • 2 tsp - sesame, black
  • salt to taste
  • a little - asafetida
  • 20 - Curry leaves
  • How to Make Idli Chilli Powder:

    1. Take some oil in a kadai, fry red chilly, Bengal gram dal and urad dal one by one.
    2. Clean and dry roast it.
    3. Wash curry leaves and microwave to dry.
    4. Add salt and grind all the things in mixer.
