Ingredients

  • 6 - leftover idlis
  • Oil - as needed
  • How to Make Idli Finger Fries:

    1. Slice the leftover idlis thinly.
    2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, drop a few pieces at a time.
    3. Keep turning them now and then and cook on a medium flame till golden brown.
    4. Drain and serve hot with coconut chutney or sauce.
