  • 6 - leftover idlis
  • Oil - as needed

How to Make

  • Slice the leftover idlis thinly.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan, drop a few pieces at a time.
  • Keep turning them now and then and cook on a medium flame till golden brown.
  • Drain and serve hot with coconut chutney or sauce.
