Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cabbage, long, chopped
  • 1 - green chilli, long, chopped
  • 4 to 5 - Curry leaves
  • Some coriander
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Mustard (raai) seeds
  • Cumin seeds
  • Salt

How to Make Indian Cabbage Curry

  • Take a pan, add oil, and once it is hot, add mustard to it. After the mustard pops, add cumin seeds.
  • Add chillies and curry leaves.
  • Now add cabbage and salt, and let it cook for some time. (If you add salt before, the curry won't get burnt).
  • Once it is cooked, add coriander, mix it, and serve it hot.
