Ingredients

  • 300 g - tofu, crumbled
  • 3 - big tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 - big onion, finely chopped
  • 3 - green peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/4 bunch - coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger - Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - red pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 cup - hot water
  • A pinch of - Turmeric
  • Salt for taste.
  • How to Make Indian Chilli Tofu:

    1. Heat the oil and fry the cumin and onions till they are done. Add tofu and fry for 5 min.
    2. Add all the remaining ingredients except water and fry for 3-4 min.
