  • 1/2 cup - Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - Channa flour
  • A pinch - Turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to make batter
  • Oil

How to Make Indian Crepes

  • Mix rice flour and chick pea flour in water to make a thin slurry.
  • Add salt to taste and turmeric.
  • Heat oil in pan, pour the mix and spread out into thin crepes.
  • Cook on both sides till done and serve with chutney.
