Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - Channa flour
  • A pinch - Turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to make batter
  • Oil
  • How to Make Indian Crepes:

    1. Mix rice flour and chick pea flour in water to make a thin slurry.
    2. Add salt to taste and turmeric.
    3. Heat oil in pan, pour the mix and spread out into thin crepes.
    4. Cook on both sides till done and serve with chutney.
