  • Raw Rice - 2 cups
  • Salt, Jeera, and Coconut Oil
  • Coconut - 1 cup

How to Make Indian Dosai

  • Soak the raw rice in plain water for one to two hours.
  • Make a coarse paste of it with coconut.
  • Boil 4 cups of water with 1 cup of this paste mixed in it.
  • Stir continuously, and when the mixture thickens add it with the rest of the rice paste.
  • Add jeera and coconut oil and salt.
  • When the dough is somewhat cooled, cook the batter on a tawa to make dosas.
