  • Raw Rice - 2 cups
  • Salt, Jeera, and Coconut Oil
  • Coconut - 1 cup
  • How to Make Indian Dosai:

    1. Soak the raw rice in plain water for one to two hours.
    2. Make a coarse paste of it with coconut.
    3. Boil 4 cups of water with 1 cup of this paste mixed in it.
    4. Stir continuously, and when the mixture thickens add it with the rest of the rice paste.
    5. Add jeera and coconut oil and salt.
    6. When the dough is somewhat cooled, cook the batter on a tawa to make dosas.
