Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1 tsp - Jeera/Cumin seeds
  • 2- Onions
  • 1 tsp - Pepper Corns
  • 6 - Potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1" - Turmeric/Haldi.
  • How to Make Indian Egg Stew:

    1. Boil the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Keep aside.
    2. Then hard boil the eggs, remove the shells, and cut them into halves.
    3. Now grind the masala.
    4. Then heat ghee in a dekchi and saute the sliced onion.
    5. Then add the masala and the water.
    6. Let it boil. When it starts boiling add the potatoes pieces and the eggs with salt to taste.
    7. Cook for 5 minutes.
    8. Serve with rice or chapathis.
