Ingredients

  • 2.5 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - small onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - garam-masala
  • 4 - chillies, red dry grind to paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - cumin paste
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1 stick - Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 - eggs, hard boiled
  • How to Make Indian Egg Vindaloo:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, saute the chopped onions, then add the ground paste and cinnamon to it
    2. Now add sugar, vinegar, garam masala and eggs to the curry
    3. Cook until the gravy thickens and serve hot
