Ingredients

  • 4 - hard boiled eggs,
  • 3 - small onions, chopped finely
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Cream
  • 1/4 cup - Tomato puree
  • 1 cup - water
  • 3 - Garlic flakes, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 - Cloves
  • 2 - Cardamoms
  • 2 - Bay Leaves
  • 1/2 inch - Cinnamon
  • Salt - to taste
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • A few - coriander leaves, chopped
  • How to Make Indian Hard boiled Egg Curry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Put cumin seeds and splutter
    2. Add bay leaves, cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon
    3. Fry onion, till it turns golden brown
    4. Add ginger paste and garlic
    5. Simmer for a minute.
    6. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes
    7. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder
    8. Add tomato puree and let it cook for 5 minutes
    9. Add water, salt and cook till the gravy gets its consistency
    10. Add milk, cream and stir for a minute.
    11. Add halved eggs and let it cook for 5 minutes.
    12. Garnish with garam masala and coriander leaves.
    13. Serve hot with rice or roti
