Ingredients

  • 2 pinches - Cardamom powder
  • Sugar - 1.5 tsp
  • Water
  • 1/4 tsp - chai masala
  • 1 tsp - CTC leaf tea
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1 cup - Milk

How to Make Indian Masala Tea

  • Heat 1 cup of water and add 1.5 tsp sugar, chai masala and 2 pinches cardamom powder.
  • Add 1 full tsp CTC leaf tea.
  • Allow to simmer till aroma exudes.
  • Add 1 cup milk, bring back to boil.
  • Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Cover and take off heat.
  • Keep aside for 2 minutes.
  • Strain and serve piping hot.
