Ingredients

  • Soaked Chickpeas - 1 cup
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Minced Onions - 1/2 cup
  • Minced Parsley - 2 tbsp
  • Chillies - As spicy as you desired
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander - 1 tsp
  • Minced Garlic - 2
  • Cloves
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Maida/All purpose flour - 3 tbsp

How to Make Indian style Falafel

  • Grind all the ingredients coarsely without water
  • Heat oil in a kadai for frying. Make patties out of the coarse mixture and fry them like vadas.
  • Serve hot.
