  • 1.5 cups - Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup - finely chopped spring onions
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped green beans
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped big capsicums
  • 1/2 cup- finely long cut onion
  • 2 tsp - finely chopped ginger, garlic and chillies or paste
  • 3 tsp - Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - Chilli sauce
  • 3 tsp - Oil
  • Salt

How to Make Indian Style Fried Rice

  • Heat the oil in the frying pan.
  • Put chopped ginger-garlic-chilli or ginger-garlic-chilli paste in the oil.
  • Put chopped onion in pan and stir for 2 mins.
  • Put all the vegetables except spring onions in the frying pan and fry for 5 mins.
  • Put 1 tsp of soya sauce and 1 spoon of chilli sauce and stir.
  • After 5 mins put cooked rice in the pan and add salt and stir nicely.
  • Then put remaining 2 tsps of soy sauce and stir properly, mix it properly.
  • Put 1/2 tsp oil from side and stir nicely.
  • Then put finely chopped spring onions on top of the rice and stir little bit.
  • Hot spicy fried rice is ready to serve.
