Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Paneer, (grated)
  • 3 - Medium Onions
  • 1 tsp - Finely chopped Ginger and Garlic
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato (boiled and mashed)
  • A small pinch of Orange food colour
  • 1 cup Cream or malai
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste
  • 10-11 - Raisins
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • How to Make Indian style Paneer Korma:

    1. Grate the paneer and keep aside. Then grate onions.
    2. Heat butter or ghee in kadhai and add raisins and garam masala.
    3. Fry for a few seconds and add ginger-garlic and onions.
    4. Add tomato puree and fry for 2 mins.
    5. Now, add paneer and cream. Add salt and sugar. Fry for 2 mins. It's all done.
    6. Garnish with raisins.
