  • 3 tbsp - besan flour
  • 1 cup or slightly more - water
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 cup - Onion (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 cup - coriander (chopped finely)
  • 6 - bread slices
  • Oil
  • How to Make Indianized French toast (With Besan Flour):

    1. Mix all the ingredients together except bread.
    2. Dip the bread, one at a time, in this mixture. Let it soak well on both sides.
    3. Heat a pan or skillet, add little oil.
    4. Roast the bread for a few minutes till it turns brown.
    5. Turn the bread and cook till done.
    6. Serve with any sauce.
