  • 3 tbsp - besan flour
  • 1 cup or slightly more - water
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 cup - onion (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 cup - coriander (chopped finely)
  • 6 - bread slices
  • Oil

How to Make Indianized French toast (With Besan Flour)

  • Mix all the ingredients together except bread.
  • Dip the bread, one at a time, in this mixture. Let it soak well on both sides.
  • Heat a pan or skillet, add little oil.
  • Roast the bread for a few minutes till it turns brown.
  • Turn the bread and cook till done.
  • Serve with any sauce.
