How to Make Indo Chinese veg fried rice

  • Cook the rice and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a wide and deep wok, add garlic and saute till you get an aroma
  • Add white spring onions, cauliflower, carrot and capsicum, salt. Toss well and fry for few mins, they should not be fried too much as they lose the crunch
  • Add the rice, green onions, cabbage, sauces, vinegar, pepper powder
  • Toss for 2 min. garnish with green onions.
