  • 4-5 - potato (boiled & warm)
  • 2 cups - all purpose flour (maida)
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Instant bhatura

  • Sieve maida with salt in a bowl.
  • Peel the potatoes as soon as they are boiled.
  • Potatoes should be warm.
  • Mix 2-3 potatoes with flour & knead.
  • Don't add water.
  • Add more potatoes if you think it is required to make the dough.
  • Make small balls, give them a bhatura shape & deep fry them.
  • Serve with either chick peas curry or aloo ki subji.
