Ingredients

  • 1 cup - besan flour
  • 4 tsp - urad dal flour
  • 4 tsp - rice flour
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - ghee or butter
  • Few curry leaves and coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

How to Make Instant Bonda

  • Mix all the ingredients with enough water.
  • In the meantime, heat the oil.
  • Deep fry in the oil. Take out when it turns golden brown.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
