  • 4 - bread slices
  • 1 cup - thick Curd
  • 1/4 cup - grated Carrot
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped Cucumber
  • Roasted cashews 10 no.
  • 1 tsp - chat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Instant Bread Dahi Vada:

    1. Soak the bread in water and squeeze the water out and mash.
    2. Add the required amount of salt and a little of grated carrot and coriander.
    3. Shape them into vadas.
    4. In a serving vessel, arrange the bread vadas.
    5. Add a pinch of salt to the curd and pour the thick curd over the vadas.
    6. Garnish with carrot, coriander, cucumber, cashews.
    7. Sprinkle chat masala on top of this and serve.
