Ingredients

  • 4 - bread slices
  • 1 cup - thick curd
  • 1/4 cup - grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped cucumber
  • Roasted cashews 10 no.
  • 1 tsp - chat masala
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Instant Bread Dahi Vada

  • Soak the bread in water and squeeze the water out and mash.
  • Add the required amount of salt and a little of grated carrot and coriander.
  • Shape them into vadas.
  • In a serving vessel, arrange the bread vadas.
  • Add a pinch of salt to the curd and pour the thick curd over the vadas.
  • Garnish with carrot, coriander, cucumber, cashews.
  • Sprinkle chat masala on top of this and serve.
