  • 8 slices - Bread
  • 200 ml - Milk
  • 100 ml - One cup fresh Curd
  • 1 tsp - black pepper, powdered
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Instant Bread Dahi Vadas:

    1. Beat the curd lightly.
    2. Take one slice of bread and dip it into the milk.
    3. Immediately squeeze it with your palms, shaping it into a round flattened vada.
    4. Place it in a serving plate.
    5. Take one tsp of curd and put it on the top of the vada.
    6. Sprinkle one big pinch of powdered pepper.
    7. Add little salt on top of it.
    8. Repeat with the other slices.
