  • 8 slices - Bread
  • 200 ml - Milk
  • 100 ml - One cup fresh Curd
  • 1 tsp - black pepper, powdered
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Instant Bread Dahi Vadas

  • Beat the curd lightly.
  • Take one slice of bread and dip it into the milk.
  • Immediately squeeze it with your palms, shaping it into a round flattened vada.
  • Place it in a serving plate.
  • Take one tsp of curd and put it on the top of the vada.
  • Sprinkle one big pinch of powdered pepper.
  • Add little salt on top of it.
  • Repeat with the other slices.
