Ingredients

  • 4 cups - grated Carrot
  • 3 cups - Chickpea flour
  • 1 cup - powdered Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • A handful - Coriander leaves
  • A small piece - Ginger
  • Green chillies - 6 Green chillies)
  • A pinch - soda
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil - to deep fry
  • How to Make Instant carrot vada:

    1. Add all the ingredients (except oil) in a bowl and mix together to make thick dough using a little water and keep aside.
    2. Pour oil in a deep skillet and heat.
    3. When it is hot, take a little dough, shape into a small circle and drop carefully into the hot oil.
