Ingredients

  • desiccated Coconut - 2 cup
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
  • condensed Milk to mix
  • icing Sugar to dust
  • How to Make Instant Coconut Burfi:

    1. Combine the first three ingredients.
    2. Add condensed milk little at a time, to form a stiff paste, the consistency of poori dough.
    3. Roll out the dough to a sheet, 1.5 cm thick, dusting with icing sugar.
    4. Let it dry for about 20-30 minutes.
    5. Cut into diamond shapes.
