  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - fresh Cranberries
  • How to Make Instant Cranberry Parata:

    1. Mix wheat flour, salt and butter in the food processor for 1 minute.
    2. Now add cranberries and blend.
    3. The cranberries get chopped during mixing in the food processor.
    4. Then add water to make a smooth dough.
    5. Remove the dough from the food processor.
    6. Make round balls from the dough.
    7. Roll them like roti.
    8. Put the flattened dough on a pre-heated pan and fry on both sides with little ghee till golden brown.
    9. Serve.
