Ingredients

  • 2 cups - wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp - ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - fresh cranberries

How to Make Instant Cranberry Parata

  • Mix wheat flour, salt and butter in the food processor for 1 minute.
  • Now add cranberries and blend.
  • The cranberries get chopped during mixing in the food processor.
  • Then add water to make a smooth dough.
  • Remove the dough from the food processor.
  • Make round balls from the dough.
  • Roll them like roti.
  • Put the flattened dough on a pre-heated pan and fry on both sides with little ghee till golden brown.
  • Serve.
