  • 4 tbsp - besan
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 3 cups - buttermilk (light and sour)
  • 6-8 - Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 branch - Curry leaves (optional)
  • Coriander leaves (optional)
  • How to Make Instant Dahi Curry:

    1. Heat the oil, then put besan, stir till it becomes brown and the smell starts to come.
    2. After that you have to put the butter milk, turmeric powder, green chillies, curry leaves and salt, keep it on till the boil comes.
    3. Before serving, put coriander leaves.
    4. It should be served hot.
