Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp - besan
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 3 cups - buttermilk (light and sour)
  • 6-8 - green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 branch - curry leaves (optional)
  • Coriander leaves (optional)

How to Make Instant Dahi Curry

  • Heat the oil, then put besan, stir till it becomes brown and the smell starts to come.
  • After that you have to put the butter milk, turmeric powder, green chillies, curry leaves and salt, keep it on till the boil comes.
  • Before serving, put coriander leaves.
  • It should be served hot.
